Who copyrights a gift? Well, that isn't what we're saying. All of the super clever writing you find on this website, all of the pictures, print, testimonials, software, and other fancy things we used to make this page amazing are ours. You can't use any of our stuff without asking. That's backed by U.S. and International law.

If you want to use something of ours, just ask. Chances are we'll say yes, but we do ask that any content used is credited to us and given an appropriate linkback to the page it's from or our homepage: www.aceofheartsgiftbaskets.com. Reasonable right?

But if you don’t ask first? Any content posted online or distributed without explicit permission from the this site's owner constitutes a violation of these terms and will require a media fee starting from $1,500 USD. The exact amount will be determined based on the amount of time the content was posted.

Look, we get it. Stuff happens, and we do our best to own our products and make you happy, but there are limits to that. We operate on an "as is" and "as available basis". What that means is that ALL of our products state that brands and exact packaging are not guaranteed, and you accept that we will make reasonable substitutions. It also means that there isn't a warranty on our gifts. If you have us deliver in April, but for some reason, your recipient doesn't get around to enjoying their goodies till August and something spoils, that's on them.

Additionally, while we do our absolute best to keep our site clean and free of viruses, we aren't perfect. No one is. Hackers get better every day, and while we do our best, we do not offer a guarantee that our site is free of viruses or other harmful components. We stay up to date on the best protection software, but we highly recommend you do too. If you do run into something harmful from our page, let us know right away! This will tell us that we need to clean house and hopefully prevent any of our other users from experiencing the same issue.
