1. Can I pay in my local currency?

Our invoice will automatically generate your order total into USD, as well as your local currency (or any other currency you request).
 

When using your credit card you will be charged in your currency, based on the exchange rate used by your issuing bank.
 

If you’d like to know the approximate total, we can provide that for you based on the current exchange rate.
 

2. Can you help me send the same gift to multiple countries?

Yes we can. This includes a few restrictions that you should be aware of:
 

As you can imagine, maintaining high-quality stock in 195 countries takes a little juggling. And, to maintain the exact same stock in all regions is simply impossible. To make sure you have access to the widest range possible, we design exclusive gift catalogs that are available in most of the countries we deliver to.
 

If an item you’re interested in is not available for delivery in your selected country, we may still be able to deliver a similar gift. Keep in mind, however, that the contents as well as the price of the alternative gift may differ.

3. Do I have to use your bulk order form?

When you’re ordering more than three gifts, yes! Over many years of taking in corporate orders in the form of emails, spreadsheets, and even PDF pages with handwritten notes, we developed a method that is the easiest and fastest way to get your corporate hampers out the door! And, you can download it in your preferred format — in the form of an Excel sheet or Google Spreadsheet.

Once you provide us with the necessary information, we handle everything from there! We also help you choose gifts, add your company logo, and, of course, make sure your gift delivery goes smoothly.

The form may look a little intimidating at first, but it’s really a piece of cake once you get the hang of it. Plus, it saves us so much time, helps us validate all your addresses, and allows us to provide an estimate of the longest possible handling and shipping time. 4. Can I add my company’s logo?

Yes, of course! And, we actually encourage that you do. You can add your company’s logo, slogan, and other branding materials for FREE! Learn more about branding your gifts here.
 

5. If I order for multiple recipients to the same address, will I have to pay a separate delivery fee?

Depending on shipping logistics, we may have to ship gifts individually, regardless of whether the order is placed for multiple items. In such cases, a separate delivery fee will apply. In other cases, we offer a shipping discount for multiple recipients at the same address. But, keep in mind that you will be entitled to a corporate discount based on your purchase volume. Contact us to receive an accurate quote on your bulk order.
 

6. There is something wrong with my order, how will you resolve it?

Tell us exactly what is wrong with your order, including information about what was delivered as well as its packaging. A picture of what was delivered will be the most helpful! We will fully investigate what went wrong, and be in contact with you within 24–48 hrs.
 

7. Do prices include shipping, taxes, and custom duties?

Our prices include taxes and custom duties, but not shipping. Find shipping costs to all countries here. In some cases we offer a shipping discount for multiple orders sent to the same address or free shipping.
 

8. How do I order and send gifts to the same people I did last year?

If you’ve placed a bulk order with us before, simply contact us and we’ll send you an updated version of your bulk order form. All you have to do is verify that all the information in the form is correct, add or delete recipients, choose your gifts, and send it back to us!
 

9. How do I apply my discount?

When you send us your bulk order, simply let us know in your email that you’d like us to calculate your corporate discount or provide us with your discount code. Corporate discounts are usually calculated based on the volume of your order. Alternatively, if you are ordering one item, you can enter your discount code on the order form after entering your details.
 

10. Do you ship abroad (in connection with customs) or locally?

We maintain warehouses in each country (or region) and we serve to keep shipping times and costs to a minimum. So, you never have to worry about customs or duty issues! In some regions such as the European Union or other open border regions we ship out of 2-3 warehouses that are centrally located to allow for the fastest shipping.
 

11. Can I send multiple gifts at the same time?

That’s what we’re here for! Sending large orders to multiple recipients is our specialty. Simply download our electronic order form, fill out your gift selections, your recipients’ information, delivery addresses, contact numbers, and email it back to us for processing. We’ll get back to you shortly with a confirmation email and begin processing your payment.
 

12. Can I send gifts to non-traditional locations?

Certainly! We can send your gifts to hotel rooms and hospital rooms, as well as schools, cruise ships, and so much more. Simply contact us with your recipient’s information — hotel or hospital room, cruise ship reservation number and room number, or school address, phone number, and classroom number — and we’ll make sure your gift goes where you need it to!
