How to Complete Your Gift Hamper Bulk Order Form

Ready to place your bulk order? You’ll be happy to know that the process is quick and painless! Our bulk order form is specifically optimized to provide you with the most efficient processing and delivery time possible. Find out about the most commonly asked questions when it comes to filling in the form.
 
 

Customer Information
 

Make sure that you fill out each field and include the email address where you wish your order correspondence to go. The name written in this field will be the ‘official sender’s’ name and in some cases may be the name printed on shipping slips or packaging. Make sure it’s the name of the person you want your recipient to see!
 
 

Recipient Information
 

Company’s Name: If the delivery location is a business address, it is important to specify the recipient’s company name.
 

First and Last Name: Please do not separate your recipient’s first and last names into different fields.
 

Address Line: This field only requires the house/building number, street name, and apartment number. Please write city, state, and zip code in the appropriate fields.
 

State/Province: This field is only required for orders to the USA, Canada, and Australia.
 

Zip/Postal Code: Although some countries may not require this, many of them do. Please make sure your order includes zip codes for all necessary countries.
 

Phone: Include the local phone number for each recipient. Do not use your own phone number here. Our couriers may need to arrange a delivery time or get clarification on directions directly from the recipient. This is especially true if one delivery attempt has been made already.
 

Please Note: If any of the above pieces of information from 2–5 are missing or incorrect, it will delay the processing and delivery of your order. Verify contact information prior to submitting your order.
 

Product Name: Not all gifts are available in all countries. When browsing our gift catalogs, make sure you select the country of delivery first.
 

Greeting Message: And last, but certainly not least, don’t forget to add a greeting card to your gift! You can create individual messages for your recipients or simply copy the same text for everyone on your list.

Now you can use our easy bulk order form online. Allowing you to set up a Google spreadsheet that you and the team can share and edit together! Click on this link to be taken to our ready-made Google spreadsheet. Fill it out exactly as you would our Bulk Order form! Then, click on the share button in the top right-hand corner to find the link to email back to our team.

You can also add collaborators from your team to this document from this screen; simply type in their email and select the edit access you want them to have.

Please note: A one-time processing fee of $20 USD is added to your invoice for any bulk order form with incomplete or incorrect address information as well as any bulk order form submitted in a format other than our approved bulk order sheet. Thank you for your understanding!
